Volée Haus does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We are providing this notice because California requires us to, even though we don’t do either.
We do use a small number of service providers to operate Volée Haus — for example Stripe to process payments, Supabase to host data, Resend to send email, and PB Vision to generate gameplay analytics. These vendors are contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes and do not constitute “selling” or “sharing” under CCPA. The full vendor list is in our Privacy Policy.
